'You are like light for the whole world. A city built on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a bowl; instead it is put on the lampstand, where it gives light for everyone in the house. In the same way your light must shine before people, so that they will see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven'. Matthew 5:14-15

At Brockington College, our mission “learning to live life to the full” shapes everything we do. Guided by our eight Christian values, we aim to create a caring, respectful community where students grow in character, develop their potential, and learn to make a positive difference in the world.
"When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd." (Matthew 9:36)
"Forgive one another as quickly and thoroughly as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32)
"Turn your back on evil, work for the good and don’t quit. God loves this kind of thing, never turns away from his friends." (Psalms 37:27-28)
"So speak encouraging words to one another. Build up hope so you’ll all be together in this, no one left out, no one left behind." (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
"Wise men and women are always learning, always listening for fresh insights." (Proverbs 18:15)
"Never get tired of doing good." (2 Thessalonians 3:13)
"Respect the authorities, whatever their level; they are God’s emissaries for keeping order... Treat everyone you meet with dignity." (1 Peter 2:17)
"Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you. Love her, and she will guard you. Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do!" (Proverbs 4:6-7)

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support 💙For our Christmas appeal this year, we are once again supporting Rachel's Table, a small local charity dedicated to helping homeless and vulnerable families across Leicester and Leicestershire 🤝🎁
Over the festive period, Rachel’s Table will be distributing Christmas hampers and would greatly appreciate donations of store cupboard staples such as tinned food, cereal bars, pasta, pot noodles, as well as seasonal treats such as cakes and biscuits. New, unwanted gifts are also very welcome 🍞🍎🍪
