Our Ethos & Values

Compassion

Our Year 11 boys produced an excellent performance to secure a superb 2–0 win over Malcolm Arnold Academy💪
U14 girls were outstanding, storming to an emphatic 7–1 victory over Coundon Court!👏

A fantastic effort from our Year 7 girls in their first competitive tournament! 👏🏼

This week our Year 8 students enjoyed an exciting visit from Julie Ball, a Naseby 1645 Civil War reenactor who brought history off the page. Julie arrived with a musket, pikes, and pieces of armour, giving students the chance to experience life as a 17th-century soldier ⚔️🙌
The highlight was taking part in pike drills, where students discovered how much strength and teamwork was needed to move in formation with the heavy weapons.
It was a memorable workshop that gave students a vivid and hands-on insight into one of the most important periods of British history 👏 ...

🏆 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗽 🏆
This year sees the launch of the Brockington Form Sports Cup, giving students in Years 7–10 the chance to represent their form, compete against others and earn points throughout the school year.
Each half term brings a new competition:
🏉 HT1: Rugby & Handball
🏀 HT2: Dodgeball & Basketball
💪 HT3: Fitness Challenges
⏸️ HT4: No competition
🏃 HT5: Athletics Challenges
🥎 HT6: Softball
🏆 SPORTS DAY – THE GRAND FINAL
The competition will culminate at Sports Day, with crucial final points available through: ⚽ Football, 🏐 Netball, 🥎 Rounders & 💪 Tug of War
Points will accumulate across the entire year, with Sports Day contributing to the final standings and deciding the overall Form Sports Cup Champions.
